With 19 years of economic development related experience, Kurt has worked with local and regional economic development organizations, a national corporate site selection firm, and residential/retail real estate developers. He has also led three different organizations cited by Site Selection magazine as one of the nation’s top ten economic development groups.

Tim Miles, Vice President of Business Development

Tim coordinates NLEP’s national business development marketing strategy, aggressively recruiting new companies and offering customized site selection services. His professional experience also includes 11 years of management with UPS and several years with KMC Telecom, Centurytel Solutions and the Greater Shreveport Chamber of Commerce. As a lifelong resident of Shreveport, LA, Tim is very passionate about his community and North Louisiana.

Diane Rasberry, Economic Development Assistant

Diane Rasberry provides administrative support, investor relations assistance and event planning for NLEP. Diane is a North Louisiana native but her career took her to Sacramento, Ca. where she worked for a California Assemblywoman and finally back to Louisiana where she worked for the Louisiana Bankers Association in Baton Rouge for nine years. In January 2011, Diane assisted the NLEP team with the Regionalism Works Investment Campaign and joined our staff permanently on January 1st, 2011.
