Shreveport Airport Sites

Pending Certified Sites

The Shreveport Regional Airport is certifying two tracts of land: a 55-acre parcel northwest of the runway and a 93-acre parcel southeast of the runway. The 93-acre parcel named Shreveport Aeropark will support aerospace and aviation companies, while the 55-acres tract named the Warehouse District will support general businesses. Both properties will undergo vigorous review for Phase 1 environmental, titles, geotechnical assessment, archaeological study, and other site details under the LED Certified Sites program. Once certified, the sites will be development ready and strategically located close to Interstates 20, 49, and 220.
