North Louisiana Economic Partnership and its state and local partners are responding to the nationwide demand for skilled technical labor in industries such as manufacturing, energy, information, communications technology and healthcare.

NLEP and the State of Louisiana have developed innovative education and training programs that directly respond to the needs of employers.  Employers also have a variety of tools at their disposal to assist with recruitment efforts and to ensure they can access the candidates with the best set of skills needed for the job.
