NLEP Top Skills Workforce Program

Understanding the state workforce development services and the strengths of the 11 colleges and universities in our region, NLEP Top Skills Workforce Program serves as a critical liaison between industry, education and workforce development. NLEP also partners with industry-based organizations to facilitate critical education and training initiatives, as well as awareness campaigns to attract the next generation workforce.
